Job summary

A leading leisure company in Singapore is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to supervise and coordinate work with contractors, ensuring service quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should hold a Professional Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance. Availability for weekends and shifts is necessary. This position offers opportunities to improve operational efficiency and safety compliance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and coordinate work with contractors and service providers to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
  • Ensure security & safety of the premises which include assisting and working along with security officers in managing guest and vehicular traffic when required.
  • Maintain and upkeep the premise which involves day‑to‑servicing and troubleshooting, include cleanliness of our premise.
  • Perform routine checks and ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance regime are carried out according to authorities' legislations, industry standards and company policies.
  • Assist in planning, implementing and executing building maintenance programmes.
  • Troubleshoot / rectify all technical / operational issues quickly to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure fire safety and workplace safety compliance.
  • Execute maintenance request from all departments.
  • Source for contractors & calling for quotations for works to be carried out.
  • Perform administrative work and other assigned tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Professional Certificate, NITEC, or NTC in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in facility or building maintenance or other relevant fields.
  • Available to work on weekends, public holidays, shifts, staggered hours, and overtime.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
