Responsibilities

• Support tickets for Microsoft Identity services.
• Manage operations according to runbooks.
• Provision tenant, account, and subscription management.
• Handle incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor performance and security of identity solutions.
• Follow security and compliance processes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Microsoft.
