Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in the Singapore Construction Industry, preferably in high-rise commercial, mixed development, semiconductor factory, or healthcare project.
• Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities and effective communication skills.
• Well-versed in civil and structural engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of projects aligning with defined requirements.
• Ensure designs and models comply with project specifications.
• Manage team of engineers for performance improvement.
• Fulfilling duties of a Qualified Person (QP) under the Building Control Act.
