Responsibilities

• Ensure there are no ageing parcels in the station.
• Monitor and analyze factors that contribute to ageing using Lean tools.
• Implement operations strategies to improve Last Mile station cost.
• Developing performance goals and objectives.
• Identify local station areas for improvement.
