Job summary

A leading landscaping company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to handle diverse landscape architecture projects. Responsibilities include assessing site potential, preparing landscape drawings, and maintaining communication with project professionals. The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma in Landscape Architecture/Architecture/Interior Design, be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, and 3DS Max, and possess good communication skills. Job Description & Requirements

Handle a variety of projects.

Assess the potential of a site to meet the requirements of the client.

Liaise with all professionals of the project such as main-con, Landscape Architect & consultants etc.

Work closely with Project managers with regards to design and works on site.

Maintain good communication with members of other departments.

Prepare landscape drawings (Design proposal, Planting plan, Construction details, As-built drawing etc.)

Site visit with Operation team or sub-contractors when necessary.

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirement

At least Diploma in Landscape Architecture/Architecture/Interior design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and 3DS Max.

Proficiency in MS Office as well as overall strong computer proficiency.

Able to work in a team and independently.

Positive working attitude and good communication skills.

Can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge in Horticulture.
