We’re hiring a Laboratory Assistant to support radiation dose monitoring services. If you have experience working in service laboratory, customer service, or process improvement, this role could be a great fit for you.

Nearest MRT: Kent Ridge
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $14.70/Hour (Based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 11-months contract

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you will work in a laboratory that provides radiation dose monitoring services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Improving work processes and customer relationships
• Leading customer service surveys, analyzing feedback, and implementing process improvements.
• Monitoring application payments and dosimeter issuance.
• Coordinating the preparation, distribution, and courier services of dosimeters to ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery.
• Inspecting returned dosimeters, liaising with customers, and managing courier job lists to ensure quality standards.
