Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm is seeking a Production Chemical Technician in Singapore. The ideal candidate will operate chemical processes and ensure all equipment is maintained properly. A minimum of ITE or diploma in Engineering or Chemistry is required, along with experience in chemical engineering. Job description

Production Chemical Technician

Location: Tuas, Transport provided in west MRT station / Transport allowance $120 if possess own transport

Basic: $2400 to $2700 + Entitled to OT

Working hours: 5.5 work week shift work (Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm; Sat: 8am – 12pm) + OT

Requirements

Minimum ITE or Diploma holder; Engineering or Chemistry field preferred

Experience in chemical engineering and analytical procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the process to meet the conditions specified in manuals/instructions.
• Operate the process equipment at site in accordance with operation plan.
• To maintain and make sure that all equipment is in good working condition.
• To prepare chemical solutions according to SOP and guideline.
• Assist in coordination of daily maintenance and participating in maintenance activities and shutdown/start-up of sections.
• To perform 5S and ensure a secure, clean, and safe work area.
