Job summary

A dedicated consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Client Service and Administrative Officer to provide exemplary support to clients from local and overseas labs. The role involves data management, client inquiries, and coordination with lab staff. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences and prior client service experience. This position offers a contract with competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree qualification in Life Sciences is required.
  • Prior experience in client service or administrative roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of Clinical Lab Tests is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely dispatch of verified lab reports and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Manage data entry, sample receipt, and proper labelling in the Lab Information System.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide information on services, pricing, and results.
  • Coordinate with clients and lab staff for efficient processing of requests.
  • Oversee billing and payments for walk-in clients.
  • Manage inventory and order office equipment and lab supplies.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Service and Administrative Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exemplary support to clients from local hospital labs, private labs, and overseas institutions, ensuring they receive prompt and efficient services.

  • Located at Kent Ridge
  • 1 Year contract (Convertible to perm)
  • $2400 to $3700 Per Month (Depending on experience)
  • Monday to Friday: 10am to 7pm + Alternate Sat: 10am to 2pm
Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients and lab staff to ensure efficient and accurate processing of requests.

Requirements
