We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Production Support Engineer to provide reliable and timely support for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong banking domain expertise, technical proficiency, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality system enhancements and fixes in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality enhancements and changes to AML systems in production, addressing BAU (Business-As-Usual) issues.
• Provide reliable Level 3 investigative and fix-it support for AML applications.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases with strong technical and functional input.
• Proactively identify and escalate critical delivery blockers with clear context and propose viable solutions or workarounds.
• Ensure adherence to DevOps change processes and production deployment standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Functional and technical delivery of 2-3 years experience in the banking domain.
• Hands-on experience with: Oracle SQL / PL-SQL; Java; Unix shell scripting; DevOps tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Jenkins); Job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M); Change management tools (e.g., Aldon)
• Implementation experience with AML applications such as Fircosoft, Actimize, or Detica.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a production support environment.
