Job Responsibilities

• IT Support & Troubleshooting – Provide first-level support to on-site and remote users for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
• System Setup & Maintenance – Handle installations, migrations, and troubleshooting, meanwhile escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support.
• Helpdesk & Ticket Management – Deliver support via phone, email, or remote access, and manage service tickets, task assignments, and scheduling.

Requirements

• NITEC/ Diploma or higher in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT support.
