Job Summary

Level 1 Desktop Engineers to join our team and provide on-site IT and AV support services for a well-established organization located in East, Singapore.

Responsibilities

As part of the end-user support team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing helpdesk and desktop support for IT computing devices
  • Responding to user queries via phone or email
  • Performing first-level hardware troubleshooting and coordinating with vendors
  • Supporting AV setups for hybrid meetings, town halls, and video conferencing sessions
  • Conducting routine checks and maintenance of AV equipment
  • Managing Windows OS patching, antivirus updates, and software installations
  • Handling setup, relocation, and disposal of IT equipment
  • Managing loan equipment and other IT-related administrative duties
Requirements
  • Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in desktop and AV support
  • Solid troubleshooting skills in both IT and AV equipment
  • Able to work independently with strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to travel between buildings within the premises
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Occasional support may be required for after-hours VC meetings
