This role focuses on driving training excellence across SG Operations by developing associate capabilities and contributing to operational improvements. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility in work schedule including weekends and nights.
• Experience in Learning & Development or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and existing associates.
• Monitor training compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Support process improvement projects and transformation programs.
