Electrical Production Operator

Location: Jalan Tukang (Boon Lay)

Working Days: 5.5 days
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.45pm (lunch hour 45mins); Saturday 8am - 12pm
Salary : $2200 - $2600
Department: Manufacturing (Electrical)
Reports to: Electrical Production Supervisor

Role Overview

Responsible for assembling electrical products, following work instructions, maintaining quality, safety, 5S standards, and supporting continuous improvement in production.

Job Description

• Assemble and process electrical appliance products according to production requirements.
• Follow Work Instructions (WI) and operate production tools and equipment proficiently.
• Comply with supervisors’ instructions and inspections, and complete assigned tasks within required timelines and quality standards.
• Take ownership of the assigned workstation, verify the quality of preceding processes before commencement, and proceed only when standards are met.
• Promptly report any production abnormalities or issues in accordance with established escalation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of equipment, tools, and materials in the work area, and consistently follow 5S standards.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute suggestions to support continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• The ability to distinguish colours where necessary.
• Prior relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
