This senior manager role serves as a strategic business partner between KDN Tax & Legal and member firm leadership, driving awareness and adoption of KDN solutions to enable transformation and optimise global offerings. Acting as the primary relationship point, the individual leverages experience in a member firm’s Tax practice to align solutions such as corporate income tax, indirect tax compliance, and transfer‑pricing compliance with the firm’s needs. Responsibilities include reporting on sales pipelines, delivery‑model projects, quality metrics, and governance actions. Operating at the intersection of business transformation and stakeholder influence, the role demands exceptional relationship management, strategic agility, cultural sensitivity, and change‑management experience to build trust and drive alignment across senior stakeholders globally.
