🍳 Job Responsibilities (80% Kitchen | 20% Service)

Kitchen

• Prepare proteins, bases, dressings, and toppings according to recipes
• Assemble salad/protein bowls accurately based on kitchen printouts
• Maintain high standards of food and personal hygiene
• Ensure workstation cleanliness and follow company SOPs

Service (Front-of-House)

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service when required
• Assist with cashiering or customer enquiries
• Support smooth outlet operations during peak hours

Teamwork

• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to meet outlet targets
• Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment
