Job description
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation
  • Train and mentor new employees
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Prepare reports on sales and employee performance
  • Develop and implement procedures to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • Plan and coordinate events or special functions
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with chefs and other staff to plan menus
  • Manage budget and financial records
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Oversee food and beverage quality control
  • Willing to work in warm environment
  • With basic skills of cooking
  • Preferabaly with experience in culinary and bakery
