Job summary

A food preparation company in Singapore is seeking dedicated kitchen staff to handle the preparation of cold and hot food, maintain hygiene standards, and assist in managing inventory. This role involves working 10-hour shifts with rotations for nighttime duties, ensuring cleanliness and proper packaging for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle preparation of cold food.
• Prepare and handle preparation of hot food.
• Prepare raw ingredients as per SOP.
• Prepare cooked and partial finished product as per SOP.
• Assembling product as per SOP.
• Food preparation for delivery/catering guests.
• Food preparation for quantity ordered by the outlets.
• Packaging of food as per SOP for delivery purpose.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene standards.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist to manage inventory level inside the facility.

Job description

Working Days : 4 days off per month

Working hours : 11am - 11pm (10 hours per day, 2 hours break)

( Rotate Night Shift Required )
