Job Scope

• Assist in basic cooking tasks (boiling, frying, steaming, reheating)
• Prepare sauces, marinades, and simple dishes as instructed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, and equipment
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware
• Assist in receiving and checking deliveries
• Store ingredients properly in chiller/freezer/dry store
• Report low stock or spoilage to supervisor
• Operate basic kitchen equipment (rice cooker, fryer, blender, steamer)
• Assist head cook or chef during service hoursand plate food when required
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Work well with kitchen team during peak hours
