Job summary

An established educational organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to oversee operations at their K-Care Centre inside a Primary School. The successful candidate will mentor a team, conduct activities, and handle administrative duties while ensuring compliance with safety standards. A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Ability to manage daily operations and mentor a team effectively.

• Ensure smooth daily operations at K-Care Centre.
• Mentor and supervise K-Care Officers to comply with standards.
• Conduct indoor/outdoor activities when needed.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure smooth-running of daily operations at K-Care Centre inside a Primary School
• Mentor and supervise team of K-Care Officers to ensure compliance to SOPs, safety and health standards
• Take a class and conduct prescribed indoor/outdoor modular activities whenever needed
• Maintain and build rapport with various stakeholders, especially school and parents
• Handle administrative duties related to the K-Care Centre (e.g. fees collection, registration and withdrawals, administering of subsidy applications)
• Handle emergencies and administer first aid, where applicable

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a senior teacher/supervisory/leadership role

WORKING HOURS

During normal school term: 9.30am to 7pm (Mon to Fri)

During school holiday: 9.5-hours shift between 7am to 7pm (Mon to Fri)
