  1. Key Account Manager (FMCG) - Up to $7,000 (Open nego) @Penjuru
  • Develop relationships with clients by understand their needs and recommed products & services.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Contact point by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues and identifying opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing, purchasing and logistics departments to meet client expectations.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and meet deadlines for submission of promotion plans.
  • Lead a team of merchandisers and plan/implement new product launching activities
  • Analyse competitor activities and market trends to adjust account strategies.
  • Keep track of KPI and key account metrics using data-driven insights to drive improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports of sales progress and forecasts
  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business with 3 years in FMCG / Modern Trade.
  • Experience in key account management and proficient in MS Officer & CRM.
