The Role

As a Key Account Lead, you own and grow strategic relationships across the medical and healthcare ecosystem in Asia, APAC and the United States. You act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring our SaaS solutions align with their business goals while driving expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

You sit at the intersection of customer success, sales, and product, helping clients maximize value while shaping long-term partnerships in the MedTech space.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients across the healthcare ecosystem in Asia,APAC and the United States.
  • Understand client objectives and deliver customized SaaS solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, managing inquiries, escalations, and proactive support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, gather feedback, and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and long-term value.
Revenue Growth
  • Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling SaaS products and services.
  • Identify growth opportunities within strategic accounts and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute them.
  • Own revenue targets, renewals, and key performance metrics for assigned accounts.
  • Forecast pipeline and account health accurately.
Strategic Planning
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen partnerships and maximize impact.
  • Partner with internal teams such as product, engineering, and marketing to align solutions to client needs.
  • Stay current on MedTech, SaaS, and competitive trends to contribute insights into product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence roadmap priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales within SaaS, MedTech, or B2B technology.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise solution selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value.
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing account performance and trends.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Fluency in English required; additional Asian language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the region when required.
