Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a quality management professional to maintain ISO quality system documentation and conduct audits. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, and 13485 systems. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Possess knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 quality system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update documents and records on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 system.
• Conduct and liaise internal and external audits.
• Generate monthly report of OQA rejects, customer returns, RMA, external and internal 8D.
• Review and update Quality Management System procedures.
• Manage internal and external corrective action reports.
• Plan and conduct periodic system audits.
• Maintain regular review of calibration and preventive maintenance.

Skills

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and update documents and records on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 system
• Conduct & liaise internal and external audits
• Generate monthly report/summary of OQA rejects, customer returns, RMA, external & internal 8D, revised specs and procedures.
• Review and update Quality Management System procedures to meet the quality system requirements.
• Manage internal and external corrective action reports (CAR)
• Plan and conduct periodic system audits and participate in customer or supplier audits for compliance.
• Maintain and conduct regular review of calibration and preventive maintenance for instruments and equipment

You will need

• Min. 1 years of relevant working experience
• Possess knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 quality system
