About the role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our team. This unique role combines software development and infrastructure operations, offering extensive exposure to modern healthcare technology. You'll work with experienced engineers to develop backend services, maintain critical infrastructure, and ensure the security and reliability of our healthcare platform.

A summary of key responsibilities:

Software Development

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java/Spring Boot
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Work with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Assist in developing automation scripts and tools
• Learn healthcare data standards implementation

Infrastructure Operations

• Support network infrastructure and system security
• Assist in cloud services and virtual environment management
• Help maintain backup and disaster recovery systems
• Support connectivity and integration of medical services and infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and availability

General Technical Operations

• Participate in on‑call rotations (after training period)
• Troubleshoot technical issues across the stack
