Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance matters.
• Support monitoring of compliance with internal policies.
• Assist with internal controls and compliance checks.
• Support Business Continuity Plan testing and documentation.
• Coordinate with external service providers.
• Support corporate secretarial and governance matters.
• Maintain filing of compliance and regulatory documents.
• Provide operational and administrative support.
