Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to assess and investigate insurance losses
  • Collect information, document findings and prepare accurate reports
  • Liaise with insurers, intermediaries, policyholders, service providers and vendors
  • Communicate updates clearly and professionally to all stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation and follow Crawford’s best practices and procedures
  • Build technical skills through on-the-job learning and continuous development
  • Represent Crawford professionally and uphold company values in all interactions
What we are looking for:
  • GCE ‘A’ Level, Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
