Job summary

A dynamic entertainment group in Singapore is seeking a qualified Junior Legal Counsel to provide legal advice and ensure compliance with international legal guidelines. The role requires a law degree and 2 to 3 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate and commercial law. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, managing the group’s IP portfolio, and conducting in-house training. Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of legal experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Prior experience in IP, TMT, regulatory practice or technology is a plus.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Draft, review and negotiate various types of contracts.
• Manage the group's IP portfolio and advise on IP matters.
