IT & Technical Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT-related issues, providing technical assistance to users.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues such as printer malfunctions, network connectivity, and email access.
  • Assist users in resolving login and system access problems.
  • Escalate more complex IT issues to senior support teams when necessary.
  • Document common IT issues and resolutions to improve response times and efficiency.
Documentation & Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventories (hardware, software licenses, peripherals).
  • Document system configurations, network diagrams, and change logs to ensure audit readiness.
  • Manage IT procurement records, including purchase orders, warranty details, and disposal certificates.
