Applicants should hold a degree in Architecture, possess at least 3 years of experience, and demonstrate exceptional technical skills in CAD software and 3D modeling. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements like URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, and relevant building codes.
• Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

2. Preparation of tender documentation and construction drawings.
3. Assisting in administering contracts and project certifications.
4. Liaising with appropriate authorities to obtain statutory approval.
5. Coordinating and liaising with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and project managers to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
6. Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant.
7. Following up with the detailed design process and coordinating design information.
8. Conducting site visits, managing client relationships and presenting design proposals to stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Degree in Architectural or equivalent
