The Role

We’re hiring one Junior Analyst in Singapore. You’ll work across the full deal lifecycle—from market mapping and sourcing through diligence, modeling, investment committee materials, and post-investment value creation (M&A, growth, and turnaround situations).

What you’ll do

• Drive company and market research: size markets, assess competitive landscapes, and identify key value drivers.
• Execute analytical workstreams: build and audit Excel models (3-statement, operating, scenario/sensitivity), KPI tracking, and benchmarking.
• Lead diligence work packets: customer and management interviews, cohort/retention analysis, unit economics, and operational reviews.
• Create high-impact materials: draft investment memos, dashboards, and board-ready presentations in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Engage with management teams: participate in diligence calls, monitor post-investment performance, and contribute to value-creation plans.
• Run internal processes: maintain deal pipelines, data rooms, and research libraries; improve templates and workflows.

Your profile

• Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills with rigorous attention to detail.
• Excellent academic background and genuine passion for technology, investing, and business building.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end on tight timelines.
• Internship experience in investment banking, management consulting, transaction services, private equity/VC, or corporate development is a plus.
• Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling and executive-level presentations); Word for memo writing.
• Bonus points for: SQL/Python, VBA, Tableau/Power BI, or exposure to software/SaaS metrics.

0–2 years’ full-time experience.

Fluent English required; additional Asian languages a plus.
