Responsibilities

• Handle existing clients and prospective Japanese-speaking clients.
• Conduct research, analyze, and advise to meet client’s needs.
• Manage the end-to-end process of arranging new cover, renewals, amendments, and claims.
• Follow up on policy renewals, premium collections, and provide ongoing advice and support.
