Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare dishes in the assigned section while ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Follow standard recipes and guidelines for food presentation, production, and portioning controls
  • Manage proper storage and labelling of food products to minimize spoilage and food wastage
  • Maintain the highest standards of kitchen and food hygiene at all times
  • Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of your specialty such as handling kitchen equipmentand general culinary functions
  • Be dependable and work well as part of a team
  • Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and publicholidays
  • Open to all ages with no age restriction
  • Working Location: Upper Serangoon
