Responsibilities

• Support projects by delivering project deliverables and completing milestones.
• Perform installation for hardware and software for turnkey solution.
• Prepare and execute SOW.
• Coordinate with external parties for problem resolutions.
• Participate in System Acceptance Test with external vendors.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Document network topologies and diagrams.
