Job summary

A leading IT firm in Singapore seeks an experienced IT professional to manage system infrastructure and strengthen network performance. You will execute IT policies, handle user onboarding, and ensure data security across local and overseas offices. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Information Technology, has at least 2 years of relevant experience, and is a team player who can work independently. This role may require occasional overtime.

Job description

As a key member of the IT Department, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Execute Group IT policies and implement corporate infrastructure and network systems across both local and overseas offices.

Set up user accounts and provide onboarding and training for new system users.

Develop, maintain, and optimize network performance to ensure stability and efficiency across all offices.

Monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.

Manage network servers, technology tools, internal IT assets, and software licenses, ensuring compliance and effective utilization company wide.

Strengthen network and data security by proactively managing system vulnerabilities and minimizing outages.

Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive inventory of all IT assets, including those located in overseas offices.

Handle office administrative matters such as office equipment maintenance, supplies procurement, vendor coordination, and facility support.

Assist management in coordinating with overseas offices on both IT and administrative matters to ensure smooth operations and alignment with corporate standards.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Information Technology and equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience with a strong focus on system infrastructure.

Open to work overtime as and when required.

A team player and able to work independently.
