Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration
    • Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 tenant, including:
      • User account provisioning, modification, and deactivation
      • License assignment and usage monitoring
      • Security groups and distribution lists
    • Manage Exchange Online, shared mailboxes, email policies, and archiving
    • Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive access and permissions
    • Implement and maintain security best practices (MFA, Conditional Access, password policies)
    • Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and coordinate issue resolution
  • IT Infrastructure & End-User Support
    • Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
    • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS systems
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees (devices, accounts, access)
    • Support remote and regional office users
    • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required
  • Identity, Security & Device Management
    • Manage Azure AD / Entra ID users, roles, and access control
    • Support endpoint management (Intune, device policies, antivirus, patching)
    • Assist in IT security monitoring, incident handling, and compliance initiatives
  • Office Systems & Facilities Coordination
    • Oversee and coordinate office facilities and systems, including:
      • Office furniture (desks, chairs, cabinets, meeting room fittings)
      • Air-conditioning systems (basic checks, servicing coordination, fault reporting)
      • Lighting systems (lamps, fixtures, replacements)
      • Pantry equipment, meeting room equipment, and common-area facilities
    • Perform basic troubleshooting for office equipment and arrange vendor repairs when needed
    • Maintain inventory records for IT assets and office facilities
    • Liaise with building management, MCST, landlords, and vendors on maintenance matters
    • Support office setup, relocation, renovation, or refurbishment projects
  • Network & Systems Support
    • Perform basic monitoring and support for office networks (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
    • Coordinate with vendors on firewall, ISP, and network troubleshooting
    • Ensure meeting rooms, internet, and office systems are operational
  • Documentation & Operations
    • Maintain IT and office systems documentation, SOPs, and asset registers
    • Track maintenance schedules and service contracts
    • Support audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews
    • Assist management with IT and office infrastructure planning
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Technical & Operational Skills
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Admin Center
    • Knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
    • Basic understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID
    • Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
    • Familiarity with office facilities coordination and vendor management
  • Education & Experience
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
    • 1–3 years of experience in IT administration, IT support, or office systems support
