Responsibilities
- Provide timely IT support to internal and external users, prioritizing tasks effectively by distinguishing between urgent and non-urgent issues.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of internal systems of hardware, software and networks.
- Communicate with our external vendor partners to ensure that the functions and features requested suit our internal departments’ needs.
- Implement and manage security protocols, including access controls, backups and firewalls.
- Monitor, troubleshoot IT systems, including security systems and networking.
- Manage servers, email systems, CCTV, HR system and others.
- Set up user accounts and PC workstations and related applications.
- Ensure the efficiency and reliability of IT infrastructure.
- Maintain and support the Dynamics NAV ERP system and other auxiliary systems as required to support daily function.
- Maintain all IT related documentation and policies up to date.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT project coordination.
- Strong initiative and ability to take ownership of IT projects, from planning through execution.
- Good project management skills, with experience in coordinating software upgrades, system enhancements, or vendor-led implementations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external vendors.
- General IT knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and ERP systems (no in-depth programming expertise required).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics NAV) and other business applications is an advantage.
- Understanding of IT security protocols and best practices preferred.
Working Hours
8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Work Location
5 Jalan Tepong (Transport will be provided, pick up at Lakeside MRT)
