A leading IT services company in Singapore is seeking an IT Support & Operations Lead to oversee IT support and operations across the Asia-Pacific region, including managing first-level IT and network support, video conferencing services, and regional IT resources. The IT Support & Operations Lead is responsible for delivering first-level IT and network support, managing end-user and video conferencing services, and overseeing IT operations across the Asia-Pacific region andAustralia. This role involves close coordination with offshore IT teams, leadership of regional IT resources, and ensuring consistent, high-quality IT service delivery across multiple geographies.
Strong expertise in first-level networking and desktop support
Proven experience with video conferencing and collaboration platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage regional IT operations
Experience leading or coordinating distributed IT teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting IT environments across APAC and Australia
Familiarity with enterprise IT service management frameworks
