Job summary

A leading beverage company in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist responsible for daily helpdesk support and user assistance. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Computer Science and at least 1 year of L1/L2 IT support experience. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential for communication. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on technology and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in L1/L2 IT support.
  • Knowledge in scripting, Store Opening, POS and ERP projects.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese & English.

Responsibilities

  • Provide helpdesk and day-to-day support to users.
  • Support users in all IT related matters including infrastructure.
  • Assist in induction of new joiners.
  • Install, configure, and support deployed software solutions.
  • Provide detailed documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Job description

Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and be accountable to reporting supervisors

Responsible for providing helpdesk and day-to-day support to users and management

Support users in all IT related matters, including infrastructure, networking, ERP, POS, CRM, eCommerce, etc

Assist in induction of new joiners

Support project team in testing and documentation

Install, configure, testing, training and support of deployed software solution

Provide clear and detailed documentation, manuals and technical reports, building up knowledge base and troubleshooting guides

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or other similar disciplines.

Minimum 1 year of experience in L1/ L2 IT support

Knowledge in scripting, Store Opening, POS, ERP projects will be of added advantage

Experience in ITIL, JIRA, Microsoft Planner, Sharepoint, M365, Teams will be of added advantage

Team Player with strong communication and documentation skills

Applicants should be fluent in written and spoken Chinese & English (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates and documentation)
