Job summary

A leading IT services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver Level 2 deskside support and oversee data-centre operations. Candidates should have a diploma/degree in IT, at least 3 years of experience, and ITIL certification. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are required, with a monthly salary range of SGD 4,500 to 4,900.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of IT support experience (desktop + data-centre).
  • ITIL Foundation certification required.
  • Must be eligible to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship provided).

Job Description
  • Provide Level 2 deskside support for hardware, OS, enterprise apps, and telephony systems.

  • Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow in line with ITIL processes.

  • Oversee data-centre operations: power, cooling, UPS, and system uptime.

  • Maintain accurate inventory of end-user and data-centre equipment.

  • Support local IT projects and coordinate with regional/global IT teams.

  • Execute cyber-incident response procedures with Cyber Defense teams.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of IT support experience (desktop + data-centre).

  • ITIL Foundation certification required.

  • CompTIA A+ / Network+ preferred.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with regional clients).

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Must be eligible to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship provided).

Work Schedule: 5 days on-site (East Singapore)
Salary: SGD 4,500 – 4,900 per month
