Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager, you will assist in providing unfaltering IT support to our valued clients, in Windows environments.

Specific tasks include:

  • Seamless implementation of upgrades and new infrastructure
  • To provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation.
  • Take the ownership and responsibility for assigned incidents, requests, or tasks and follow them up until resolved.
  • Install and configure any software solutions that the client is requesting.
  • Work to SLA’s and prioritize workload to meet contractual needs.
  • Maintaining complete documentation on IT asset management for client.
Requirements
  • Diploma Holder in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2-4 years working experience in a Technical Support role.
  • Applicants should be fully conversant with the Installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Environments.
  • Experience with server configuration will be a plus.
  • All other skills taken into consideration upon job application.
