Job summary

A leading human resource firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to support simulation exercises and perform system testing. Responsibilities include preparing user documentation, troubleshooting software issues, and working with users to understand their requirements. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or IT, be comfortable with public speaking, and have troubleshooting skills. This role offers opportunities to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Comfortable with public speaking (classroom-size training etc).
• Knowledgeable of troubleshooting and debugging live software systems.
• Linux knowledge will be a bonus.
• Willing to travel occasionally between sites and the office.
• Basic networking knowledge will be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Configuration system and support of the simulation exercise.
• Perform system testing, problem analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare procedures, user documentation, and test reports.
• Provide support during the simulation exercise.
• Work with users to understand their problems or new requirements.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
