Job Description

• Reporting to Security Solution Manager for all aspects of post‑sales and implementation activities.
• Ability to manage and implement Security related projects based on Customers' requirements.
• Provide Level 1 and 2 support to post sales on specific security issues.
• Ability to liaise with vendor Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) to resolve technical issues.
• Keeness to take up new technologies in the areas of networking.
• Engage in POC activities as and when required supporting Solutions Manager.
• Develop in‑depth product knowledge on focused Security Products to Customers (Training will be provided).

Job Requirements

• Min 1 to 2 years working experience in Networking or Security.
• Min certification of a Security Product is mandatory, e.g., JNCIA, CCSA, ICSP etc.
• Applicant with multiple and higher certifications will be considered for Senior position.
• Experience and familiarity with following Security technologies: Firewall/VPN, SSL, Anti‑Spam, Content Filtering, and administration/implementation experience of products such as Checkpoint Firewall.
• Good troubleshooting skills and passion to resolve technical issues.
• Independent professional with leadership qualities and good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written/presentation skills and project management experience is an advantage.
