Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage technology projects for a renowned organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex IT projects, particularly with experience in Point-of-Sale (POS) and payment systems implementation within Hospitality industry.

This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and the ability to deliver results across multiple business units and external partners.

Mandatory Skill-set
  • Must have 5+ years’ experience managing end to end, IT or business technology projects from the end-user/client perspective;
  • Must have proven experience in handling end-to-end project implementation related to Point-of-Sale (POS) and payment systems within Hospitality industry;
  • Solid understanding of project governance, SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors, negotiate outcomes, and align delivery to business needs;
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment;
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to present confidently to senior management.
Desired Skill-set
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification;
  • Experience in Oracle Simphony POS or Oracle OPERA Hotel Property Management and POS Solutions,
Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets;
  • Manage relationships and communications with internal stakeholders, including business, operations, finance, and IT teams;
  • Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors, service providers, and implementation partners to ensure quality delivery;
  • Drive project governance, reporting, risk management, and change control processes;
  • Ensure smooth integration of POS or payment solutions (if applicable) into the organization’s ecosystem;
  • Prepare and present regular status reports, executive updates, and key decision papers;
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively resolve issues to maintain project momentum;
  • Support post-implementation activities including testing, training, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
