Job summary

A financial advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to handle multiple projects in a Fintech environment. You will collaborate with consultants and developers, document integration services, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage critical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to juggle concurrent teams. The role involves preparing manuals and facilitating user training on systems usage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants and developers to coordinate the work and track progress.
• Document and maintain integration services and interface specifications.
• Identify and resolve integration issues with vendors and internal IT team.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare user manuals, operations manuals, and facilitate training.
• Manage and escalate critical issues to relevant managers.
• Maintain rapport with users regarding project scope and schedule.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
