IT Operations Support Officer (Government Project Exposure)

• Up to $3,500 + Medical Coverage + Leave Benefits
• Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Work Location: Mapletree Business City
• 12 months contract - Renewable

The role provides an opportunity to support a Government project in a stable, office-hours environment. It offers practical exposure to IT operations and desktop support within a large public sector organisation, alongside collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

About the Role

• Coordinate with internal operations teams and external contractors to support daily operations
• Handle day-to-day and ad-hoc operational administration, including logistics and maintenance coordination
• Provide end-user IT support, including laptop/desktop setup, imaging, security patching, and application upgrades
• Perform basic troubleshooting for Windows systems and IT peripherals
• Maintain and update IT asset inventories, ensuring all equipment is properly tracked and accounted for
• Support goods receipt, billing, and invoice verification for IT equipment
• Assist with procurement of IT and operational equipment
• Perform other ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Singaporean only
• Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Prior experience in desktop support / end-user IT support
