About the role

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology infrastructure and operations. In this full-time role based in the East Region, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient and secure functioning of the organization's technology systems to support its business objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and maintain the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks
2. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and security
3. Oversee the selection, procurement, and integration of new technology solutions
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to employees on IT‑related issue
5. Analyze and report on the company's technology usage and performance
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement technology‑driven business improvements

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management or leadership role.
2. Strong technical expertise in managing enterprise‑level IT infrastructure, including server, network, and security systems
