COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client is a Japanese IT infrastructure service provider. They offer a one-stop service to prepare a decent IT environment essential for business operations, from setting up and repairing PCs, setting up servers, Cloud environment to IT maintenance management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 1. Introduction and management of computers

   • Selection, procurement, setup and initial settings for new computers
   • PC troubleshooting, maintenance and support

2. 2. Network infrastructure design and construction

   • Main target devices: Firewalls (FortiGate), switches (NETGEAR), wireless access points (Ruckus)
   • Job Description: Responsible for network design, implementation, and construction, supporting efficient infrastructure operations.

3. 3. Microsoft 365 implementation and management

   • Microsoft 365 implementation, deployment and migration project management
   • User account management, access rights settings
   • Cloud Services: Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint settings
   • Device Management: MDM, MAM configuration using Intune

4. 4. Microsoft Azure Implementation and Management

   • Design, build and deploy Azure environments
   • Management and optimization of Azure services (VM, Storage, Network, etc.)
   • Support for migration from existing on-premise systems to Azure

5. 5. IT audit support services

   • We provide audit support for clients' IT infrastructure and collect information on security and compliance.
   • Based on the audit results, we will help you strengthen infrastructure security and ensure compliance.

6. 6. Other IT infrastructure related work

   • Introduction of communication lines (internet lines, telephone lines)
   • LAN cabling, telephone system, web conferencing system, CCTV and door access system installation

7. 7. Project Management

   • Project planning, progress management, risk management
   • Communicating with customers and cooperating vendors, sharing progress and requirements

8. 8. Managerial duties

   • As a team leader, manage team members' schedules and assign tasks
   • Promoting problem solving and business process improvement between departments
   • Helping to create new business opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University graduate or above (educational background not required if professional qualifications or experience are available)

• Experience:

  • Experience in designing, building and operating IT infrastructure (5+ years)
  • Experience with implementing and operating Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Practical experience in network and security fields
  • Team management experience
  • Business level Japanese language skill to align with Japanese clients closely.
