Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide escalation support to L2.
  • Report and troubleshoot faults for devices.
  • Manage user administration, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Conduct monthly laptop checks.
  • Assist in cybersecurity support and daily security checks.
