A confidential employer in Singapore is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide first-level support for POS systems and IT issues across multiple outlets and HQ. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience and a diploma or degree in Computer Information Technology or a related field. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. This position requires both on-site and remote support including after-hours work.
Provide 1st level end-user support for POS systems, network, hardware, and software issues across all outlets and HQ.
Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Support and assist in outlet openings or renovations.
Assist in documenting process flows, test case scenario and training guides when required.
Provide and generate reports when required.
Provide on-site or remote support, including after-hours or weekend responsewhenrequired.
Other ad-hoc jobs as and when required.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Diploma/Degree in Computer Information Technology, business related.
Knowledge and working experience in IT support, POS system or similar role.
Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage.
Knowledge in Excel Formula skills, basic SQL query skills.
Strong problem solving and diagnostic skill with initiatives.
Self-driven and high independent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
