Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Executive to provide end-to-end support across our IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and in-house applications. This role combines IT support with basic programming responsibilities to maintain system performance, enhance internal tools, and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure & Server Support
- Manage and maintain company servers, storage systems, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and availability; perform regular system health checks.
- Troubleshoot server, network, and hardware issues promptly.
- Manage user access rights, permissions, and security configurations.
- Support IT asset management, including procurement, setup, and inventory tracking.
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery processes are in place and executed.
2. Technical Support
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support to employees (hardware, software, network).
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and equipment.
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
- Coordinate with external vendors when required.
3. Programming & Application Support
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing internal systems or tools.
- Perform basic coding, debugging, and documentation for internal applications.
- Support integration of new software solutions into existing infrastructure.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement updates.
4. IT Security
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Assist in implementing security updates, patches, and hardening procedures.
- Support audits and maintain proper documentation of IT systems and processes.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in server management (Windows/Linux), networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, PHP, .NET, or similar).
- Familiar with database management (MySQL, MS SQL, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
