Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in MIS or programming in a large organization.
• Knowledge in cybersecurity, networking, and firewall management will be added advantage.
• Experience with OPERA Front Office System and cloud-based POS.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and maintain front office, F&B, and POS systems.
• Manage network infrastructure, switches, and WiFi/HSIA setups.
• Ensure IT security protocols including firewall monitoring and data backup/recovery.
• Support hardware maintenance and software upgrades.
• Train end-users and maintain updated training materials.
• Oversee software licensing, inventory control, and maintenance agreements.
